45 Oversize Head Bolt ?

I'm going through some of my OEM hardware and I'm not sure of this bolt. It has 1/2" x 13 N.C. threads. 1 5/8" long shank and 9/16" head with built in washer. Is this an oversize head bolt for a side-valve ?

Dear Craig, yes that's 14-30S, the oversize head bolt for the VL. I think Harley re-used it on later sidecars, so they still turn up nos.
