46WL engine stop when light on.

hi there,
advice please 46WL running nicely with three brush 6V gen. but when light on, red lamp on and engine stop..... .. bad battery... or bad gen.. should turn the third brush to get more electric?

If you have adequate voltage when you start the bike I cannot believe that you have a bad battery. The engine should not stop when the red light comes on. The red light is just a sign that you are using more current than your generator is putting out. At lower RPM it is quite common for the generator light to be on or at least flicker. I do not understand why it would stop due to electricity under these situations.

Wire rub in generator ?

wire rub..... I see,,, when light off, runs good. so.... the wire going to L terminal touch the body or ... in gen,,,, ??
