Recently picked up a 1940's right side oil tank (45 cubic inch?). This tank has a complete, original hand-shift assembly mounted. Can anybody tell me more about this set-up? Thank you.

Tell you what exactly? It was a factory option on big and small twins. Same layout as Indian used standard so anyone familiar with Indian controls could easily master it (only the clutch pedal operation differed). It was also used on many Servi-Cars for tire marking with the left side throttle used on right side shift allowing the right hand to use a chalk stick.Last edited by Rubone; 09-17-2018, 11:45 PM.Robbie Knight Amca #2736
