VL Primary Chain Oiler

Hello,
I am trying to install a reproduction inner bottom primary cover to my '34 VLD. Where does the oil line suppose to enter the inner primary? My assumption is the hole below the foot board support stud, but it is much too small. Any help would be appreciated.

That is the correct hole. You need to drill it out to suit the oil line + some clearance.
