Harley Seat?

This seat came with a bunch of Indian parts I got, I was told it might be a Harley seat, Can anyone confirm what it is for? Thanks!

Looks like it is off of a scooter, missing the suspension portion up front.

Seen one like it at a swap meet this spring. The gentlemen said it was off a Cushman.
Not sure but the short nose on front very similar.

Kinda looks like it may be off one of those tandem accessory set-ups that mounted way on the back of a bike-an aftermarket thing.
