32 VL amp gauge nuts

Anyone know where I can get the nuts to an original 32 VL amp gauge, I believe they are 10-40 TPI? Thanks

I've got them, but my trade secret is that I run a 10 x 40 tpi tap through the regular 0105 brass nuts.
