Newbie with '66 police servicar

Just joined AMCA and have several questions to start.
Just acquired an original '66 police servicar but haven't driven it yet.
Want to get familiar first.
Engine and transmission are refurbished originals.
Questions:
Is 20w50 conventional non synthetic motorcycle oil good to use?
What spark plug is best for occasional short distance riding?
Is regular gasoline good to use?
What is the weight of the servicar?
Is there a well versed member or mechanic near Fort Wayne IN in case I get into trouble?

use 60wt oil.
use champion 3-4 plugs.
regular gas is fine as the GE motors were very low compression.
