1937 brake shackle stud

need a 1937 brake shackle stud and .... what is the correct hardware to attach stud to fork leg ,doesnt use the4133-40 lock washer ,so what are the correct part # to use

If you are talking about a 1937 - 45" twin, I believe you would use brake shackle fork stud #4133-31 which attaches with lock washer #0261 and nut #0127. The same fork stud was used through 1939.
