I think we've all stopped making them, I know I'm out. You can get there as a one-off with the later Custom Chrome item by stripping the chrome, moving the mounting bracket, cutting off the tab, and putting the dent in the top left corner. Anyone who wants do do a batch of ten would find customers. -
