Help with cam ID requested.

This is a cam I have and was wondering what it is for. It is a W configuration but has the narrow teeth like WR but the lobe profile is not like any WR cam I have ever had.

Some KHK cams are made that way Jerry. That looks like one. This pic has a KHK cam far left. Do you need it?

Is that a usable cam with cleaning? I ask because I have one in a little better shape. Hopeing I can use it with cleaning. It has some light rust. I apologize for the thread hijack.

DCoul If it was the only cam I had it would get run. It is not perfect but I do not feel it is in eminent danger of failing.

Thank you Jerry. Think I'll clean it as best I can, run it for a season then take a look at it.
