32 VL Horn Wiring

Does the wiring to the horn go over top of the tool box or under it?

Under it. Original toolboxes have a wiring loop at the back.

No wiring loop. I thought I had an original tool box.. Did all years have the wiring loop?

As far as I know the 1931-34 VL toolboxes always had the wiring loop at the back, but it's real toolboxes that tell the story and I haven't seen so many recently.
