  • VL front brake hub thrust washer #4202-30

Just missing thrust washer #4202-30 to have my 1932ish VL front brake hub complete. Ordered some parts from Steve Slocombe and he told me he does not have anymore of these. Had previously tried Harbor Vintage and they had none. Steve told me you can make one from a bronze step washer. I have looked at McMaster Carr and through my junk and cannot find anything. Now trying to make one. I have Steve's book, but could anyone post a close up picture of one. When looking at the center shaft on the open brake drum side, does the large end of flange fit over the "C" clamp and the small end of the "hat" face the brake drum cover plate. Any dimensions would be greatly appreciated. Is the interior hole 1" and the large end of the flange about 1.47" (just enough to cover smaller of two felt washers. What is total thickness? Any help appreciated.
