  • VL Gas line

The aftermarket gas line I have does not fit like I would like.
It looks like the lines are soldered into the "Y" fitting. I'm thinking I can heating up line and removing it out of the "Y" and shorting it so it will match up better.
I need to cut about 1 1/2 inch off.
    Has anyone done this?

We've all modified the line with the pre-1934 gas tanks with the straight left hand fuel outlets, but you have the slanted outlet. Looks like the routing of the line is incorrect. It goes above the coil, and behind the seat post tube above the front battery box mount. Some hand bending will still be required.

50 Pan, shift rod end I believe should be on the bottom under the spacer.
