Western PA old bike shop ???

Need help... does anyone know of a good bike shop/or an individual in Western PA that works on flatheads? I've bougth a bike that needs put together - looking for someone to lace the wheels, look at my 4spd - refurbish/rebuilt and other technical help. Any help is greatly appreciated... I might be able to help you out a bit. Tranny rebuilds, wheel lacing, etc.. I do this as a hobby and my prices are very reasonable. I am in N. East Ohio [Lisbon] roughly 20 miles north of East Liverpool, OH, 20 miles N. West of Beaverfalls, Pa. , or 20 miles south of Youngstown, Ohio. Pittsburgh, Pa is an hour from me.
