31V Starter Cover

Apart from the obvious corrosion can anyone see why the starter cover at the link wouldn't be worth the asking price?

This is the fourth time it's been listed.

Seems like a decent price...if you need one; but maybe it is just a part that doesn't wear out. OR maybe it's because they aren't missing that often? Other than that.... I don't have any clue.
