35 vl Sprocket shaft Seal

Rebuilding a 1935 Vld and the sprocket shaft oil seal (Labrynth seal) has excessive clearance worn into it. Does anyone know of a repair for this condition?

I made a batch of new 421-30 seals a while back and still have a few left. I don't think it's possible to repair a worn one. Contact me off this bulletin board or I can bring one to Oley.
