    VL Wheel

    I recently saved this (I think) VL wheel from the scrap pile. I'm not real familiar with VL stuff, but I thought the brake drum was mounted to the splined side of the hub. It doesn't appear that there was a drum on this, or maybe someone set it up as a spool front hub?

      Dear Doug, it looks like someone has cut off the front drum and just used the splined hub section of it, with some alteration to the axle. Maybe for a sidecar wheel or a cart?
