  • 30v valve spring installation problem

If I loosen the cylinders to reinstall the valve springs then I can't tighten the one cylinder stud nut.
Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions?

make sure all tappet screws are ajusted in down position. tighten base nuts than ajust tappets

I don't quite understand your question. Are you having a problem reaching one cylinder base nut? If that's the case, you will need this:

It's a common tool sold at auto parts stores, I believe as an auto clutch bell-housing wrench: 9/16" on one end, 5/8" on the other.

Thanks for the input. I just heated an old wrench and bent it. Works fine.

We always called those "Starter Wrenches".
