Hi All,
I thought I would share this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9e4hvQTyoc
This Shaw has a real interest story behind it, not just being a NOS complete engine/clutch model (YES YOU HEARD RIGHT!) now on an original Shaw Bicycle, it’s been in the hands of one person for +65yrs, until I obtained it 7yrs ago. One of those rare finds, that one only hears about second or third hand….
John Hasty of Galesburg Kansas restored it – a few 100 feet from the original factory location, which this machine left some +80 yrs ago. Thanks John!
John lives in Stanley Shaw’s old house (founder of the Shaw Manufacturing Co.) and has some other videos of the Shaws he has helped bring back to life.
Maybe I should write an article for our magazine?
