  • Servi-Car Box Frame

Can someone here give me some help. My buddy is restoring a Servi-Car and the box frame is missing half the tubing. This is what I need to fabricate. I need the inner dimentions of the frame. Thanks, Bob L

Bob L, I measured the support on a '61G. According to my parts book, they were the same from '39 to early '67. Front to rear it measures 24 1/4" and 21 1/8" left to right. We were careful not to measure at any brackets. These are inside the frame tube only. Thanks, Lloyd

            Hi Bob,
What year servi? Depending on the box, there is a different frame size from front to rear. I wouldn't fabricate yet untill you see what exactly the box is..There was alot of boxes for different years but only 2 sub-frames made, but with different front box mounts and 2 different front aprons. Len.
p.s. as you probly already know this..Just trying to help...

Thanks Len, After a phone call, he's going to make a custom box so it really doesn't matter. Thanks for taking the time to answer. Bob L
