Apoligies in advance if I "gleaned" any of these from here, I cannot remember the places I get these from. I know I got alot of photo's from the thread on here a few months back.

Not an '05. The Indian bike is at least a '14 (leaf spring rear suspension) and commercially-built sidecars became available about 1911-12. Just my 2¢.
