Hello. Just looking into this hack. The owner states the tub is all aluminum. Does anyone here, have any information on the Manufacturer//Details of this side~car? Thank You.

Looks a bit like a vintage Simpson that's been painted up with a Harley tail light/fender addition.... They had all aluminum tubs. Is the fender aluminum or steel?

Thank You Chuck. Don't know about the fender yet, the seller is extremely slow with my questions and his replies. Cannot find much information on the Simpson sidecars either, but Thanks again for the lead.

I seem to recall that in '67 when H-D went to the fiberglass body one of the large purchasers of Sidecars for police work in Canada (Toronto perhaps) did not like the new body and had bodies made locally that matched the earlier style. And I also seem to recall they made them of aluminum to help prevent rust issues. Not surer when I heard or read that but it was a long time ago. There have been other aluminum bodies surface.
