Rubone, i am in Australia now. The local roads here have all types of camber and potholes. Everything is going to be a compromise unless i stick to the newer roads.
The owner of the modern bike i recently did seems happy with his setup of 1/2: toein and 3 degrees lean out. He is a big boy with stuffed shocks on his bike so i had to set it up with him on the bike.
