  • L&W Body instructions

I recently purchased a JD style "L&W Body" sidecar replica kit of a Harley LT sidecar, un-assembled. The kit looks complete with boat, windshield, seats, hardware etc. Looks like they made it in the 1990's? I understand that L&W Body is no longer in business. Does anyone have good instructions for assembling this thing? Or perhaps photos of a L&W LT sidecar in that JD style? I also found an original 1929 frame in great shape to put it on. Gonna look great on my 1929 JD. Any help would be appreciated.

Like a child's jig saw puzzle it is big pieces that only fit one way. You should be able to figure it out by looking at another sidecar and snapping a few pictures. If you would like a couple factory pictures send me your email address. They are too large to upload to this site.

This book is great if you intend to own or restore an early H-D sidecar. Ric did a fantastic job with it.
