Goulding LS Serial Number

Can someone tell me where precisely where the serial number will be located on an early 1930 Goulding LS sidecar. I was assuming on the bottom of the "Axle" tube but can't find it. Or is it on top? Or on another part?

I was under the impression that there are no serial numbers on a Goulding hack thats made in their shop. I have a Goulding frame and a HD frame. Looks identical except HD has seria] number on top side of inside frame member

I know this is asking a lot Sidehacker but can you point out where precsely the serial number would be on this diagram? Which "inside frame member"?
