I have a 72 servi my right rear wheel is binding. I have pulled the drum and see nothing out of place. Shoes are backed off the drum when I reinstalled the drum wheel is tight to the point it stalls the bike when on the ground. When on wheel stands the left wheel runs free and you see the right stutter. I can't find the problem. Any suggestions
