Sidecar Fender

Hi,
I am going to repair the fender on my '65 sidecar, the side panels are bulged at the vertical brace from previous damage, or using the step to get in seems to flex the sides ? looking for fender dimensions to compare to this one for repair, any help would be much appreciated.

Can anyone tell me if a '58 and up fender should fit on a '57 sidecar chassis converted to hyd. brake without issues of bulging fender skirts out on the later fender ?
Seems that center of axle to the hinge bolt center is farther apart on the later fender which causes the skirt to bulge when fitted up, I don't see anywhere this can be adjusted or made fit correctly, something bent maybe, was just trying to use the fender that was on it, and would be correct looking on a '65 bike.
