52 servicar numbers

I wanted to find out if the 52 servicar had numbers on the frame as well as the motor?

Ron,
The frame had forging and die numbers on it. In 1969, the MoCo added a VIN boss on the steering head and started adding VIN #'s in '70. Get Bruce Palmer's book "How to Restore Your Harley-Davidson" if you don't have as it goes into great detail with frame forging & die numbers. It's a great resource to have!
