Sidecar axle identification

I bought this sidecar axle years ago, thinking I could use it at some point. Anyone know what kind it is?

Those are Goulding parts, look on the end with the brake band in the 2nd pic the side facing down should have goulding marked on it.

Also unless you have the axle... it is missing from your photos, it would go in the top hole that is for road use the bottom is used for competing in competition
