Just to clarify things, the "drop" as measured between the yellow lines in the attach pic is: one and a half inches

And the stud or pin is centered at half that distance or three-quarters of an inch ?

That is correct. I should however mention that not all of the bends appear to be perfect 90 degree angles. So that 3/4" could be somewhat interpretive depending on how close you get your bends.

That's OK, the springs on my 67 year old Motor Car hack are also - somewhat interpretive !
Should be a perfect match.
