I have 2 package trucks but mine are just m's and not mc's but these parts are not on my chassis. They look strangely Goulding to me.

My '40 MWC doesn't have such a thing either, and they don't appear in the parts books.
M=package truck with standard body.
MC= package truck chassis only.
MWC=wide tread package truck chassis only, 56" tread.
