  • 1954 Model G engine in standard 1954 frame???

I'm looking at buying a 1954. The thing that I'm looking for feedback on is that it has a model G engine that would have been from a trike. The title reads 1954 model G. The bike frame is a 1951 or 1952.

Does the fact that the title is a model G hurt the value of the bike greatly or is this something common? Could this somehow be a servi-car that was converted?

    Any thoughts would be helpful.

It obviously is a Servi-car engine in an earlier two wheel frame. The last 45" two wheelers were in 1952.

It does if you ever want to show it or sell it as a collector item, for a rider it doesn't matter much, but value will be at least 1/3rd less!

Lots of servi-Car engines found their way into two wheelers. As far as "converted", that term means nothing.
