Thor motorcycle forks and wheel?

I have an unknown front fork set and wheel....I would like some help in identifing them....I was told by a fellow enthusiest that it may be a 1908 Thor, but It looks British to me....any help?.....it has a 23" double-clincer wheel and a spool hub......thanks in advance. Frank

But I do believe, especially from the american guard on it that it is for a circa 1913 Dayton. The guard is identical to the poor condition one I have on my Dayton, so if you do think of selling it, please let me know.
