1907 Sager Fork attachment for Harley-Davidson

Has anyone ever seen one of these? Ad is from a August 10, 1907 "The Bicycle World".

Thanks for posting your photos. Yours look to be in good condition. Do you think yours was painted as the ad says they were nickle plated? Or were only certain parts nickled. Amazing for being 110 years old.

No evidence that it was ever nickel plated on the fork legs. Other parts were. I believe the earliest ad for sager fork attachments was 1905. I have seen different configurations for mounting as well.
