Hondas

A friend's father passed away and her mother is tyring to find out the value of her late husbands Hondas. One is a 1967 300ci the other is a CB550 and she didn't tell me the year for that one. I'm not sure of their condition because I havn't seen the bikes. She has looked in Kellys and Edmunds but they aren't listed. Any ideas?

The 300 is more likely a 305, and there were at least 3 different models that I can recall, the Super Hawk, the Dream, and the Scrambler. They could be worth anywhere from $500 for a rough but complete bike to $3,000 for near perfect versions.

As for the 550 Honda, that's an in-line four cylinder. They were good bikes in their time but not valuable today. Figure between $500 and $1,500 in perfect shape.
