Does anyone recognise this triple clamp?

I'm rebuilding a chopper that was built in 1981 and need to identify this triple clamp if anyone can help me please.
It was chromed as part of the custom job so don't let that throw you also there was some brackets out the front that have been chopped off where the instruments sat.

It looks like something from a Henway.

I dunno..... I think a hen would weigh more than that clamp.

Looks Kawasaki but that is about as close as I can guess!

It looks like a stock top clamp that has been shaved, including the handlebar mounts. What kind of bike is it? It may have been a stock clamp for that bike.
