  • Critique 1973/ 5 , BMW build 9-1972

Feel free to critique my 73/5 I tried to bring back to its original condition. Purchased the bike in 10 2011 from original owner Rider of the bike for nearly 40 years.
    Disclaimer:
The fuel tank and fenders were not repainted. The fuel lines, petcock and air tubes in the picture are not correctly mounted. Side panels will be repainted. The seat needs to be recovered and the grab rail to be reattached. Enclosed a before pic and R & L view.
If judged by the AMCA it will have to enter as restored,, oh boy!

Thanks Paul. The Yamaha is a 1974 RD 250 in great original condition with 6900 miles on the ODO. Very cool bike, the only difference between the RD 250 and RD350 is the cylinders, carb jetting, oil pump gears and the primary gears ( In possession).
