Does anyone know where I can get Zundapp DB200 parts and accessories?

I'm not a Zuendapp collector myself, so you probably have already looked to these sources.

Have you checked out http://www.zundappfool.com/? I believe this guy is an enthusiast who realized he had more parts than he was going to use...

Also, Motorrad Stemler in Germany has a catalog for Zuendapp parts: http://www.motorrad-stemler.de/index_e.htm. They speak English.

Sprechen Sie gut deutsch? Then you may find what you're looking for on German eBay, http://www.ebay.de, and things can be surprisingly inexpensive. The difficult part is paying and shipping, but it can be arranged sometimes. You can also use Google to translate the eBay pages, but don't expect miracles from this technology. German syntax is tortured at best, and it's not going to know a lot of specialized mechanical words.

My experience in hunting old BMW parts is that there are a lot of small time vendors over there, and that it can be difficult to find and deal with them, because they don't use the internet, they don't have a catalog, and/or they don't accept credit cards.

Yeah, I have a catalog, but its all in German, and I don't speak German too well.

That's unforunate; but I suspect you're going to learn the German names for a lot of parts! ;-)

You can type stuff at the Google translator: http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en

For individual words, I get a pretty good result using http://dict.leo.org. I just type a word and hit the Suchen (search) button. It works for both English and German words. However, German grammar will mess things up. They tag all of the descriptive adjectives with different endings 6 ways from Sunday, and the dictionary will only tell you about the root word.

The girlfriend idea has merit, but beware; my wife studied for two years in Germany, but she doesn't know a single word that has to do with motorcycles... or so she claims! ;-)

As you're already in Germany, you might want to go to the spring (April) or fall (October) Veterama swap meets: http://www.veterama.de/. These are located in Mannheim, near the Rhine river, not too far from Heidelberg, and less than an hour's drive from Frankfurt.

Just wondering if your still looking for parts for your Zundapp. There is a company called Motorrad Stemler in Germany. http://www.motorrad-stemler.de/index_e.htm I have dealt with these guys. They speak English and were great to deal with.
