    1968 Primary Chain Case Cover

    What's the torque spec on the T100S 1968 prrimary chain case cover screws? My manual is the worst.

    I'm putting them at 90 inch pounds for now untill I find a bigger number.

      depends what u use for a gasket
      90lbs seems pretty excessive.

          and so he did. lol. I just snug them up. if it leaks I give them all like a 16th of a turn. the problem is reusing screws how many times ? and the covers themselves maybe a touch warped.
          if the cover is proven nice and flat and using new screws and you already have 90 INCH pounds and its not leaking. I would leave it. my manuals are all outside. if I remember to check I will get back here.
