Excelsior brakes , rear hubs and grease fittings ….

I was working on the rear wheel and brakes over the weekend …. Looks like the rear wheel needs 2 spacers but I only see one in the parts manual ? Anyone have spares ?
Secondly , I need various springs for the project - top of gearbox, pedals , linkages etc. Anyone have spares or a source ?
Next , I was Putting together the real brake. I understand there is a picture in an early excelsior sales brochure . Does anyone have a copy of?
Lastly, and this is somewhat general but is there an early grease fitting size smaller than 1/4”? I have a few on my project that measure just over.2” and appears to be a fine thread.

Pictures from my 1916 Excelsior rear hub and brake. A lathe is an essential tool for early motorcycle restoration and I was forced to make most all of the spacers, axels, and nuts. I had originals but they were too rusted to use and were only good for dimensions and I got rid of all that stuff after my X was sold.
