    1910 Marsh Metz

    Hello all,
    I am in search of a magneto for a 1910 Marsh Metz.
    can anyone give me any leads on where to locate one?

    Tom, you could maybe get a lead from Rudy Calin. He helped me years ago with my 1923 JD Mag. Here's some other leads also. Good Luck.

      That is a Bosch magneto. Early this year I found the same open magnet Bosch mag for my '11 Merkel twin. On a Merkel, the Bosch magneto base was machined lower to align with the gear train. I assume the single was also machined so if you find a Merkel open magnet Bosch you can shim it up. . . That is; if you have to have a Bosch. Open magnet magnetos for singles are not that uncommon. Good luck.
