Its another enigma, Eric!

The first thing I would do is make a dirty-finger rubbing of the bowl script for my 'scrap book'.
(It gives it so much more warmth than a jpeg. )

The closest thing I could compare is this ad courtesy of Tommo, I think:

Looks like a similar 'barrel throttle', anyway.
