"This motor was stored in a wooden barrel, All parts covered in kosmoline, wrapped in special paper and covered in sawdust. My family had Carl Vandre from Denver Colorado totally overhaul and tune it. Photo #7 shows Carl working on the engine in Denver. Photo #8 shows an example of Carls work. He made a 6 cylinder Henderson Motorcycle out of two 4 cylinder engines. Talented, yes! He was the Guru of Henderson knowledge in the USA.
This motor is NOT for a motorcycle. It was built in the same Henderson facility but for a totally different purpose. This motor was one of three options for the Heath Parasol airplane kit. I have searched for over 10 years w/o success to find a Heath Parasol kit or plane that has already been built. Now it's time to let it go. The motor has 4.5 hours running time. Large capacity oil pan, adjustable oil pressure and special aircraft carburetor. If you are interested please leave a message at [hidden information]"
