Unknown rear stand (American pre mid 1920’s.?)

I have a rear stand I have been unable to identify, any help would be very much appreciated. I am fairly sure it’s American based on the design and most likely pre mid 1920’s based on the overall length.

Thankyou all for the lead , I agree now looking at photos of late 1920’s Harleys , it is a front Stand
