Cleveland Fuel cap

Hello, I feel a litlle stupid, I have a single Cleveland from 1921. My problem is : how can I open the fuel tank cap????? it turns but don't open.

I'm very instersted if somebody send me a picture from the cap out of the thank. The engine is running well, I want to be on the road!
