Ace frame

I have a friend that has a 1924 Ace that he is doing a frame repair on. He had to replace the backbone and he knows the neck has moved. He would like to know what the factory rake is. He has a few other Aces that he can check, but that means taking the forks off, and doing the trig. He would be very grateful for a reliable short-cut I know it's a longshot, but we have some great talent in the AMCA.
