Old saddle bags

This set of saddlebags was recently found locally in a barn by a friend of mine. We are just wanting to know who might have made them, their vintage and what a value might be. The newspapers inside are from 1961. They are dried out a bunch. Jerry

Those appear to be Buco bags. There were mounts made to fit American and British bikes, and a slightly smaller set for lightweights. The pebble grain leather is common to the small ones also, the bigger ones for H-d are smooth.
