what's are these clutch and two speed hug folks?

on my Emblem, these have got to be an off the shelf don't they?


a two speed hub and a clutch unit, also while we're there the eccentric assembly that adjusts the primary chain tension and also is the pedalling gear unit.
Would appreciate any help in identifying them thanks folks.
