Please help ID this seat tee

Hope pictures work. Does anyone know what this seat tee fits. There was a forked front section (like fits VL/JD) at front which was a poor welded on repair and I just cut off. The rear (under seat cross member) forked fiting which attached to seat post sits at extreme rear of seat, my other harley seat tees have this fitting appro 2-3 inches in front of cross member. Really looks like harley part, but cannot figure out what it fits, any help appreciated. If pictures do not post, I will try again. Thanks

That is a seat tee for a WLA military model 45. The forked section was not part of it but was added to fit some custom application. The standard fore end was same as a normal '40s H-D but shorter from the pivot to the slotted hole.
