This is just a guess Jerry, but I'd think that it's from the late teens or possibly early '20's. You'll get a definitive answer here though I'm sure.Cory Othen

You're pretty close Cory 1916 to 1923 as an optional extra and 1921 on with the choice of Johns-Manville along with Corbin-Brown.
1924 was Corbin-Brown only.
Attached is the appropiate page from the 1920 HD Accsessory Catalogue and there is no mention of Corbin-Brown speedos.
